Public speaking is one of the most important skills and valuable assets anyone could possess and may be the deciding factor in career development, business growth and relationships with friends and family. In the Speaking Powerfully with Minimal Stress sessions, we not only teach the basic, fundamental skills of public speaking but also the importance of proper body language, vocal variety, communicating with  impact and much more!

These sessions teach participants of all ages that the fear of public speaking can be overcome with the  right preparation, techniques, and practice, allowing them the opportunity of exceling in future growth  for their academic life and careers.

For students, poor speaking skills affect their confidence and ability to succeed in their schoolwork. This program helps participants conquer their fears surrounding public speaking, while building confidence not only in giving presentations, but also in many different aspects of their lives.

Public speaking techniques reduce anxiety that can interfere with giving presentations or speeches in class, college or on the job. These timeless techniques can also be helpful for those who have difficulty  speaking in front of a group or telling a story among friends.

The fear of public speaking, known as Glossophobia can be detrimental in the areas of graduation rates, earnings, and the possibility of moving into a managerial or leadership role.

Public speaking is an art. Having the skills of articulating clearly and confidently in public is one of the  most valued skills. Participants will improve in their day-to-day interpersonal skills as they learn how  to speak fluently and coherently without anxiety. Participants will learn how to stay focused, read  audiences, and entertain and educate with enthusiasm. In this course, participants will learn how to  manage stage fright, establish credibility, and communicate with impact!

In this course, we not only learn to overcome shyness, but we also build confidence to become creative storytellers and exciting entertainers in our presentations. Articulating with impact is the skill of  knowing what to say and how to say it and using the correct body language to portray a proper image  are the foundations for being a good public speaker.
